Always a reliable gift option

This is like my fourth or fifth time ordering from Wild Roots, usually for gifts. This time it was a succulent terrarium for my sister's birthday. Like always, it arrived well-packed and looking exactly like the pictures. The plants are always fresh, and they include care instructions which is super helpful. Delivery took about 6 days this time, which is a bit longer than my previous orders which usually came in 4-5, but still within a reasonable timeframe. I keep coming back because their stuff is consistently good quality and makes for unique presents.

Good terrarium, slow delivery

Got a closed terrarium with some succulents for my desk. The terrarium itself is well-made and the plants look healthy. However, delivery took nearly 9 days to Bangalore, which felt a bit long. I've ordered from Wild Roots before, and usually, it's quicker, around 4-5 days. This time, there was just a bit of a delay, but everything arrived intact. I'll still shop here, the plant quality is consistently good.

Jade bonsai arrived well

I ordered a jade bonsai last month, and it arrived in about 5 days to Chennai. The packaging was really good, lots of padding so the plant was secure. It came with clear care instructions, which was helpful since I'm new to bonsai. The plant itself is healthy and looks just like the picture on their site. I also got a small ceramic planter for it. Overall, a smooth purchase and the plant is thriving. No issues with customer support as I didn't need to contact them.

My Ficus Bonsai is amazing!

I ordered a Ficus Bonsai from Wild Roots and it's absolutely gorgeous! The packaging was so secure, it arrived in perfect condition, even all the way to my place. I loved the little care instructions too. I'm already planning my next order, probably a succulent terrarium for my desk. I've been telling all my friends about this site!

Good terrarium, slow shipping

I ordered a closed terrarium with some miniature plants a couple of weeks ago. The terrarium itself is really well put together, and the plants inside are thriving. It came with clear care instructions, which is great for someone new to closed systems. Shipping took about 8 days to reach Bangalore, which felt a bit long, especially since I was excited to set it up. Everything was secure in the box, no damage at all. I appreciated the thought put into the packaging to protect the glass and plants. Overall, a good product, but they could probably speed up their dispatch time a little.

Good quality, delivery needs work

I bought a closed terrarium and a snake plant. Both arrived well-packaged and the plants themselves are healthy. The terrarium is really nice, good quality glass. However, delivery took 7 days, which felt a bit long for a plant order. Also, tracking updates were a bit sparse. Overall, I'm happy with the products, but they could improve their shipping speed and communication.

Reliable for office gifts

This was my third time ordering corporate plant gifts from Wild Roots, and they've been consistently reliable. I usually get the air purifying plants for our team, and this time I opted for 10 snake plants. They arrived in Mumbai within 6 days, and the packaging is always secure enough to prevent any damage. The plants are healthy, and the team appreciates them. I like that I can count on the quality and the delivery timeframe for these bulk orders. It makes my job easier.

Cute plant, good delivery

I got a small jade bonsai for my desk last week. It's really cute and seems healthy. Packaging was good, arrived in 5 days to Chennai without issues. Just wish they had more tiny pots to pick from.
